Portable oil purifier JL is applied to insulation oil, lubricant oil, all kinds of mineral oil and vegetable oil filtering and delivery. This machine is low cost and easy to use with small size, portable, light. It is widely used for machine tool, vehicle, oil tank, oil switch and mutual inductor's oil filling, filtering. The process cost is low. No need use paper filter.
Usage:
JL series portable oil purifier widely used in factory, power plant, oil storage, laboratory and aviation. This machine can used for motor oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulation oil, diesel oil, light oil and vegetable oil.

Operation and Maintenance
- Please ground the grounding device.
- Connect three phase power supply (AC220V / 60HZ) into the power supply terminals, must not be wrong. Connect the inlet and outlet oil hose of the oil filter machine.
- Turn on the power, press the oil pump's green start button, check the oil pump rotation direction whether is correct (from the motor side to see whether it is clockwise rotation), if the rotation direction is not correct, change the terminal phase sequence.
- Start the oil pump, slowly open the inlet valve, the oil begins to filter.
- Pay attention to observe the running condition of oil pump and motor, It should be shut down to check and maintenance if there are abnormal circumstances.When the pressure gauge is greater than 0.3MPa, should promptly check and remove the filter, and clean the filter . Re-install the filter after cleaning, and then put into operation.
- Shutdown: When the oil treatment is completed or stop running halfway, close the oil pump, discharge the remaining oil inside the equipment for the next use.
Maintenance
1. Pay attention to observe the running condition of the oil pump and the motor, shut down and check the maintenance when there are abnormal circumstances.
2. Pressure gauge's pressure value is greater than 0.3MPa, showing that the filter blockage, filter pressure beyond the normal working range,you need to shut down timely ,check and remove filter, clean the impurities ,when clean finishes, reload the filter into the machine, and then put into operation.
3. If you stop using for more than one month, the machine should be placed in a dry environment, cover it well.
