(ZYD Series)

Function

ZYD double-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier is applied for heating, filtering, drying and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. It is specially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV.

The unit can carry out oil treatment, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of transformers. It also can be mobile, 4 wheel mounted type and configured into double-stage high-vacuum oil filters to meet the greater needs for oil treatment.
With our special regeneration unit, it can change black color to original color and recover other oil properties.
