Application
This instrument complies with ASTM D130, GB / T5096, applicable to test the corrosion degree of aviation gasoline, jet fuel, motor gasoline, kerosene, diesel, natural gasoline, lubricants and other petroleum products to copper strip. As an ideal laboratory test apparatus, it adopts fuzzy control principle, expert PID automatic-adjusting technique and modularization maintenance-free structure, with stable and reliable control performance. User only need to set control point temperature, then it will automatically achieve fixed point temperature control.

Method outline
Immerse a polished copper sheet into a certain amount of sample and heated to the specified temperature according to the product standard for a certain period of time. At the end of the test period, take out the copper sheet and compared with the corrosion standard color plate after washing to determine the corrosion grade.
Working Principle and Structural Characteristics
The instrument is controlled by digital temperature controller. Through the stirring motor, the stirring paddle is driven to make the bath temperature uniform, intuitive and accurate. The instrument consists of an upper mixing part, a test projectile part, a bath and a control part. It has compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient operation steps. The stirring shaft, paddle and bath are made of stainless steel. Temperature control adopts digital temperature control instrument and digital display.
