The TP-3106-6P online laser dust particle counter is used to measure the size and number of dust particles per unit volume of air in a clean environment, and transmit the number of corresponding particles. It can control the clean environment with cleanliness level of 100,000 to 100. This instrument uses imported semiconductor laser light source, small size, light weight, high detection accuracy, computer control, as long as the instrument is powered on, it can automatically output data without personnel operation. Therefore, it is very convenient to test a clean environment. It is widely used in electronics, optics, chemistry, food, cosmetics, medicine and health, biological products, aerospace and other sectors.
The remote particle monitoring system is designed to have the following main functions:
1. Remote control function:
Remote real-time monitoring and setting of alarms, data storage, report editing, printout, etc. can be performed through a computer in the control room;
2. Particle monitoring function:
By TP-3106-6P particle counter (0.3, 0.5, 1, 3, 5 and 10 microns 6 particle size files, 28.3 L/min) to monitor the number of particles in the air;
3. Sound and light alarm function:
The alarm system has a variety of alarm functions such as sampling flow alarm, communication failure alarm, numerical value exceeding alarm, hardware failure alarm, etc., and alarm reminders by means of sound and light to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of the system;
4. Flow monitoring function:
Monitor the running flow of each particle monitoring device, and provide the status of whether the flow is running normally, such as providing alarm information feedback when the set point flow is +/- 10%;
5. Continuous monitoring function:
Particle counters working in a sterile environment can perform continuous monitoring work 24 hours a day and have built-in flow monitoring;
6. Planktonic bacteria sampling function:
