Application:

TPC-3000 fully automatic closecup oil flash point tester complies to ASTM D93, IGB261-2008, SH/T0315 etc. It is widely used in railway, aviation, electricity, oil industry and scientific research departments. It uses ARM microprocessor technology, color touch screen, English menu operation; according to the standard automatic ignition, display, detect and print flash point value, automatic cooling and other functions; with accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable and reliable performance. 

Working principle:

The instrument in the national standard under the condition of the sample into the test cup, on a test oil test cup heating, the generation of oil vapor and air to form a mixed gas in contact with the flame flash fire when the minimum temperature occurs as a flash point.
The digital signal processor to control the heater according to the temperature changes, the acquisition, the oil temperature at a certain rate rise; ignition time, flash fire detection and automatic control; when the flash fire was measured when the system stops, data acquisition, display and print the flash temperature record results, stop heating.
