Application:
Series ZYB is applied to purify and regenerate the used insulating oils includes transformer oil, switch oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, mutual inductor oil in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, mines, railway transportation, etc. It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it can remove oxide materials and remove free carbon in the deteriorated oil to lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality, recovery the oil color. After treating, the insulating oil can reach international standard and recover its original function.
Features:
1. Besides the common vacuum oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like antioxides, acidalkali watersolubility.
2. Three ways of using: the vacuum dewatering, degassing, removing impurities system can work independently, so does the regeneration oil system, and also they can work at the same time.

Advantages:
It can not only removing the water, gas and impurities which mixed in the oil, but also can improve many values reach to the national standard such as the acid value, PH value. Meanwhile, it improves the voltagewithstand value through filtering the polarity materials like free carbon, deep oxides and so on.
Working processing:
1.When the oil machine is processing, under the difference of in-out oil pressure,
the oil entry into the pre-filter. And then the larger impurities is filtered.
2.The remaining oil goes into heater to exchange heater.
After heating, the oil in the low vacuum separator forms fog and then membrane which extend the contact area more than hundreds of times.
Under the high temperature, high vacuum, high pumping speed condition, the water in oil rapidly evaporates and pumps out.
3.The oil after dewatered and degassed pulls into secondary filer through the oil drain pump to separate the impurities.
4.By the working of pressure, the oil goes into fine filter.
The fine filter is made of composite microporous material which can effectively remove superfine particles in the oil.
5.The oil out flowed by outlet is the cleaned oil.
6.From so far, the whole purification process is completed.
