Application
The Oil regeneration system (Series ZYD-I) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYD-I system supports regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and removing particulate.It can also remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discolor. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand. Having been treated, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak-proof base, can be installed and operated on a trailer.
Features
1. Apart from the functions of ordinary vacuum oil purifier, such as dewatering, degassing and eliminating particles, this machine can effectively regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to normal index like oxide resistance, acid-alkali and water-solubility.
2. For special application, the operation can be controlled by P.L.C (Programmable Logic Controller).
3.Unique vacuum dehydrating degassing and regenerating system; stereo-evaporation technology; high efficiency in removing water, gas and particles from transformer oil,; improving oil quality and maintain the dielectric strength of oil.
4. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
5. Instinctive removing impurities system filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without mechanical power
6. Advanced infrared liquid-level automatic control system to accomplish fully automatic control.
7. Specially applied to vacuum oiling and drying for power transmission equipment.
8. The oil of any grades can be treated either on or off load.
9. Special oil pump design with lower noise.
10. Special additives for depolarization, can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to new, equipped with flexible unloading device of short time, high efficiency, smal, good quality. Discoloring under vacuum can save cost of treatment. the waste impurities do not pollute the environment (it can be used to architecture and road paving)
Advantages
Compared with single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine can dewater, degas and remove impurities quicker and more completely, and it can make oil BDV (Breakdown Voltage) 75 KV or higher. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system can purify and can be used as an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can deal with electric insulation devices.
