Application
DGA2013-1 dissolved gas analyzer adopts dissolved gas chromatography analysis system, run by computer automatic control, all-keyboard operation and large-screen LCD according to the requirements of power system dissolved gas component determination in insulation oil (chromatography). It is characterized by high-precision temperature control, stable and reliable performance, high sensitivity, good reproducibility etc.
It adopts double-pillar parallel shunt system ,equipped with TCD, double FID and methane conversion oven, and could achieve total analysis of nine components (H2,O2,N2,CH4,C2H2,C2H4,C2H6,CO, CO2)of dissolved gas in insulation oil by one time.
It can be employed for internal fault detection of power system oil and gas equipments, cooling medium analysis of hydrogen-cooled generators, impurity analysis of sulfur hexafluoride, the boiler flue gas analysis, gas analysis and environmental monitoring analysis. Due to its employment not only for special analysis, but also for general analysis, the analyzer becomes the most effective gas analytical instrument in petroleum, chemical engineering, mining and other systems.

Application
1. Applicable boiling range: petroleum products or distillates of 55~550ºC boiling range distribution
such as fuel, kerosene, diesel, lubricants, wax oil etc. On this chromatographic condition tested sample components can all show the peaks. It adopts area normalization method to fix quantity. It complies to SH/T 0558-2002 and ASTM D2887standard.
2. Applicable boiling range: crude oil of initial boiling point~538ºC boiling range distribution. Get distribution proportion of fuel, diesel, kerosene, heavy oil. Since the heavy components above 538ºC can not show peak, it adopts incremental internal standard method and complies to ASTM D5307 standard.
3. Applicable boiling range: petroleum products or distillates of 55~680ºC boiling range distribution.
On this chromatographic condition tested sample components can all show the peaks. It adopts area normalization method to fix quantity.
