Product Description

Wasted Transformer Oil Purification System Series ZY-M

ZY is specially designed for purifying transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil in field of power transmission and transformation equipment, electric power department and mining enterprises. The process recovers the oil's dielectrics strength, removes water, gases and particulate matter etc.

1. ZY is small and efficient. It moves easily and can be used both indoor and outdoor.

2. New type of electric heating system with high efficiency, low heating load, uniform heating, low energy consumption.
3. Multistage precise filtration system; Decontamination technology combining the molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter.
4. This machine is highly efficient with stereo multistage vacuum system whose efficiency is higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil purifier by 3-5 times. It is able to remove the water, gases and other mechanical impurities out of the insulating oil, and improve the voltage withstanding strength and oil quality, making sure the power equipment works safely. It also has the function of vacuum oiling.
5. Adopting the automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system, automatic bubble elimination control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic interlock protection system and efficient degassing and water removal system to ensure the equipment working safely with high performance.
6. With novel design, compact structure, easy operation and online oil purification. It can work with nobody watching and be used under any environment.
7. Capable of testing the voltage withstanding condition and printing the results. (ZYA series).
8. It can be used together with BZ regeneration device to discolor, remove acid, free carbon and lower the dielectric loss. (ZYB series)
