TYS Series Waste Oil Decoloration Vacuum Oil Purifier
Introduction
After many years of deep research, our company successfully developed TYS series waste oil decoloration vacuum oil purifier machine which can quickly separate gas, water, particulates, free carbon and volatile matters(like alcohol, gasoline, ammonia gas, etc.)out from the waste oils. This machine has functions of improving oil quality, recovering the color, viscosity and flash point of used oils. It's can be used as a purification and decoloration equipment to treat hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, coconut oil in oil field, mine, metallurgy, electricity, transportation, manufacturing, food industry. The treated oil is very clear and transparent and recover its original properties. In addition, the oil after treatment even can reach the standard of new oil. In the whole treatment process, it adopts purely physical treatment without breaking down the components of oils.

Working Principles
In the working process, the polluting oils enter the heater from the inlet under the action at atmospheric vacuum sucking. Then the heated oil flows into the pre-filter device to remove large grains. After that, the oil enter the vacuum separator, flowing past the special divergence apparatus which can make the oil has a huge surface area in the unit volume and let it expose in an low relative humidity environment to cleaning water, air and other gases from the oil. The mixed gases which consist of evaporated water and gases will turn to liquids after condensation through the water tank and cooler. Then the liquids flows into the water receiver and rest air will be vacuum evacuated from liquids. The oil without water will be transported into the fine filter by the oil drain pump to remove suspending impurities and get the cleaning oil. A cleansing process needs several times of circulating to completely separate the water out and it depends on how much of the moisture content in the oil. The last step, the purified oil will be processed by the decoloring system and change to the new oil.
