GC2190 is a brand new generation laboratory gas chromatograph system which introduced international advanced technology and integrated advantages of domestic equipment for further technical innovation. Many kinds of detectors and packed column, split / splitless capillary column sample injection system etc are optional; fully compatible Agilent 6890N gas chromatograph detectors and related detection control panel, chromatographic work station and automatic injector.
It can detect all gases dissolved in transformer oil. Common detected components: CO, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H6, C2H4, H2, H2O.

* Have functions of boot self-diagnosis, stopwatch(convenient for flow measuring), running timer, power failure storage protection, keyboard lock, anti power mutation interference, networking data communication and remote control.
Unique design of injection system, can get much lower detection limit.
* Unique injection port design to solve injection discrimination; double column compensation function only only solve the program drift caused by temperature rise, but also reduce the influence of background noise and can get much lower min detection limit.
* Have packed column, capillary split / splitless injection system (have diaphragm clearing function)
* Optional configuration for automatic/manual gas 6 way injection valve injector, head space injector, thermal analysis injector, pyrolyzer injector, methane reforming furnace, automatic injector etc.
Precision control of temperature programming and furnace temperature, stable, balanced and quicker.
* Big volume of column, intelligent back pullout system step-less variable air import and export quantity, reduced stabilization and balanced time of each detector system after temperature rise/decrease programming. Heating furnace system: room temperature+5ºC~420ºC; 7 steps temperature programming, temperature rise rate 0.1~120ºC/min; user can re-calibrate the furnace temperature, set the highest temperature at will within 420ºC, and decide the heating furnace temperature balance time.
High sensitivity, high stability detectors, can meet different requirements and proposals.
* Can install six kinds of detector: hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), thermal conductivity detector (TCD), electron capture detector (ECD), flame photometric detector (FPD), nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD), PDHID.
* Various detectors can control its temperature independently. FID is easy to disassemble and install, convenient for cleaning or replacing the spray nozzle.

6. Intelligent back pullout automatic cooling system with frequency conversion function; with fast cooling speed; achieve real near room temperature operation.
7. Column adopts unique tracking temperature rising to avoid detector contamination caused by rapid heating of column chamber .
8. With gas stopping/leaking protection and prompts functions; maximize the protection for TCD tungsten and column from damage.
9. Temperature control adopts Multichannel Integration Solid-State Relay to make temperature control stable and reliable.
10. Fault self-diagnosis function. At any time to show failure cause and alarm indication.
11. Adopt microcomputer control, keyboard setting, LCD display, with memory function.
12. High performance detector and methanator. The detection capability completely meet the Electric Power Ministry's determination of gas component content in transformer oil.
13. Adopt one injection, second diffluence column with quick analysis speed and good repeatability.
14. Double hydrogen flame design to make low content hydrocarbons and high content CO, CO2 separately detected to avoid mutual interference.
