Applications:
Series ZY-M is the outdoor usage mobile type of transformer oil purifier with a trailer and enclosure, which is roadworthy and weather-proof. It is specially designed for purification of transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil in power transmission and transformation equipment, electric power department and mining enterprises. The process removes water, gases and particulate matter etc. and recovers the oil's dielectric strength.
To meet customers' special needs, we develop:

Features:
1. Small, portable, and efficient, ZY-M moves easily and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
2. New type of electric heating system with high efficiency, low energy consumption, low heating load, as well as uniform heating.
3. Multistage precise filtration system; decontamination technology combining the molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter.
4. The efficiency of ZY-M oil purifier is higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil purifier by 3-5 times as it adopts stereo multistage vacuum system.It is able to remove the water, gases and other mechanical impurities out of the insulating oil so as to improve quality and dielectric strength of the oil to make sure the power equipment can work safely. It also has the function of vacuum oiling.

The machine is capable of working safely with high performance as it is equipped with the automatic infrared liquid level control system, auto constant temperature control system, auto bubble elimination control system, auto pressure protection system, auto interlock protection system and efficient degasification and water removal system.
6. With novel design, compact structure, easy operation and online oil purification, it can work in any environments without person.
7. Capable of testing the voltage withstanding condition and printing the results. (ZYA series).                                                                                        
8. It can be used together with BZ regeneration device to discolor oil and remove acid and free carbon from oil, as well as lower the dielectric loss. (ZYB series)
