TP-N1 Laboratory Mud Testing Kit

It is suitable for measuring the viscosity of mud in the well site and laboratory It is calculated by the time required to flow 500mm3 of mud in the viscometer in seconds.
Main technical parameters.

- laminated measuring cup with 500ml capacity at one end and 200ml capacity at the other end.
Mud sand content measuring instrument:
it is determined by the change of volume of mud after filtering through the screen, expressed in percentage.
- fill the mud to the measurement tube marked with the word "mud" at the engraved place, add water to the engraved line with water, block the mouth of the tube and shake.
- pour to the mixture in the canister, throw to the liquid through the filter sieve, and then add water in the test tube, shake and pour into the canister again, repeatedly, until the test tube is clean.
- rinse the sand obtained on the sieve with water to remove the residual mud.
- Put the funnel into the canister, then slowly turn it over and insert the funnel into the measuring tube. Flush all the sand attached to the sieve net into the tube with clean water.
- wait for the sand to settle and read out the percentage content of the sand.
- Clean and dry the instrument and put it into the box. Main technical parameters: structure and technical data NA1 type mud sand content meter consists of a filter cylinder equipped with 200 mesh screen and a funnel with the corresponding diameter of the filter cylinder and a glass measuring tube with a scale of 0 to 100. The scale on the measuring tube: 0.5 for each small cell below 15, 1 for each small cell between 15 and 30.
