PTT-P5 Oil Particle Counter
Application:
The PTT-P5 portable particle counter adopts the photoresist (shading) method of counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is specially used for the rapid detection of oil contamination levels on site. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high precision and good repeatability, and can work under high temperature and high pressure and other harsh conditions. The built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor can detect the water content and oil temperature at the same time as the pollution degree detection. It is suitable for engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (ie insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other oils, and can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation, port, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Main Features:
1. Using the principle of photoresist (shading) method, using high-precision laser sensor, small size, high precision and stable performance. 2. Suitable for laboratory or field testing, and optional pressure reducing device for online high pressure measurement, real-time monitoring of particle contamination in oil systems. 3. Can be connected to external pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure to realize the detection of high viscosity samples and sample degassing. 4. Built-in data analysis system, which can display the real data of particle size of each channel and automatically determine the sample grade. 5.
