☎ Application

ZYD-I-W is fully enclosed type transformer oil regeneration system, equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistant enclosure. It is specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base or be installed and operated on a trailer.

1.  Weather proof, dust and water resistant type machine. It moves easily and can be used both indoor and outdoor.
2. The plant is delivered ready for operation.

4. It provides regular oil purification but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oildecay products and discoloration
5. Degassing, dehydration and filtering process if various kind of insulation oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers through put in one or several passes
6. There are two vacuum pumps for plant ZYD-I-W (one is the vacuum pump, other one is the booster roots pump), which can improve the vacuum value highly. Making sure the water-content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.
7. All oil treatment plants, type ZYD-I-W are equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System.
