Portable Coalescence-Separation Oil Purifier to Remove Large Water Content

Application:
Series TYB oil filtration machines integrate coalescence and separation filter elements, with high-efficiency demulsification and dehydration into one body. This series can not only remove particles in the oil, but also remove large water content without heating. The machine, with fast dehydration speed, can quickly separate water from the oil to attain cleanness of NAS six grades and it is specially designed for purification of light lubricating oil and fuel oil including diesel and gasoline. With the cart design, it is convenient to move. 

Features:

1 Series TYB purifiers, adopting special oil-water separator, requires no heating but  creates more than 20 times dehydration efficiency compared with other types of purifiers.
2 Without heaters and additives, oil are well prevented from degradation or deterioration.
3 Easy operation. Water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of duty operators.
4 Low operation cost. 20%-40% lower than vacuum purifiers, centrifugal purifiers and filter presses.
