Introduction: 
The device adopts  "Coalescing-Separation" dehydration technology and "Precision Filtration" technology to effectively remove free water, sludge, particle impurities and other pollutants in the oil. It is widely used in the purification of light fuel oil with high water content ( light diesel oil, gasoline, kerosene, etc. ), turbine oil and other low viscosity and low flash point oils.
With the incomparable advantages of vacuum method and centrifugation method, it can break all the oil-water emulsification structure in the medium; through the filtration of the particle filter system, the cleanliness of the medium can be stably controlled at the state required by the system to ensure the cleanliness of the oil; The system's fuel purification process stabilizes diesel and bio-fuels by eliminating various pollutants, ensuring that the fuel remains clean without changing the physical and chemical properties of the oil, extending the life of the oil.
It has many advantages such as low energy consumption, low operating costs, excellent system configuration, and strong continuous working performance.

Performance characteristics of coalescing-separation oil purifier: 
  • It integrates the functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration, and adopts a multi-stage filtration and gradual encryption method to extend the service life of the filter element.
  • With high dehydration efficiency and strong dehydration ability,the device can break all the oil-water emulsification structure in the oil.
  • This series of equipment does not require heating when purifying oil. It uses small power and has low operating costs.
  • Equipped with ultra-high pressure automatic shutdown and filter pollution indication, long-term operation need not require personnel to guard.
  • It will not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil to extend the service life of the oil.
  • The default connection for import and export is by hose, and the interface can be customized according to customer requirements. Rectifications can be made on-site according to actual installation needs.
  • The device adopts a programmable PLC as the control core, achieving programmatic control, one click local or remote start-stop, and also has a timed start-stop function (time can be set). The PLC system comes with RS485 communication function, which can achieve remote monitoring. The monitored data includes oil pressure value, oil temperature value, system startup, normal operation of the system, system shutdown, abnormal shutdown, pressure difference alarm, water inlet (drainage prompt) in the oil, fuel leakage, etc. According to the needs of the usage environment, the equipment will be equipped with an explosion-proof electrical control system for the entire machine.
  • The PLC system on the oil purifier serves as a slave station to communicate with the on-site unit PLC TM241CE40T master station. The electrical schematic diagram of the oil purifier will be provided with the equipment to ship. In addition, according to the communication mode between both parties, such as RS485 port using MODBUS RTU protocol, the corresponding address point table will be provided.
  • The oil inlet of the device is close to the bottom of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is far from the oil inlet to make the oil return far away. The device's oil transfer pump and diesel transfer pump are interlocked. When the diesel transfer pump starts, it is necessary to cut off the oil transfer pump and restart the control of fuel purification and water removal device.
  • The equipment is compact and light, adopting a fixed pry mounted design with an oil drip pan for leak prevention. It is suitable for matching with the fuel tank of diesel generator sets.
 
Working principle
There are two sets of filter elements with different functions installed inside the coalescence separator - coalescence filter element and separation filter element. When the oil flows through the coalescence separator, it undergoes four stages of filtration, coalescence, sedimentation, and separation inside, achieving the function of filtering out particulate pollutants and removing water.
Different liquids have different surface tensions, and when liquid flows through a small hole, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the rate of passage. When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they first enter the coalescence filter element, which has multiple layers of filtering media and its pore size increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, oil quickly passes through the filter layer, while water is much slower; Also, due to the use of hydrophilic materials in the coalescence filter element, small water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in the coalescence of water droplets. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets compete to pass through the opening and gradually converge into large droplets, which settle under the action of gravity and separate from the oil. After passing through the coalescing filter element, there are still smaller water droplets that move forward to the separation filter element under inertia. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic materials. When oil passes through the separation filter element, water droplets are blocked outside, while the oil passes through the separation filter element and is discharged from the oil discharge port. The separated water is regularly observed through the oil level gauge. If there is water accumulation, manually open the drainage valve to drain the accumulated water.
