Application

TP-102 Automatic Condensation Point Tester is suitable for petroleum, designed and manufactured according to standard GB/T 510 to fully comply with this provisions. It has the function of heating up during the test process, and completely simulates the manual test process to realize the watch-free test function.
 

Features

1. This instrument has a benchtop structure as shown in the figure.
2. Embedded computer, imported industrial control machine, 10.4-inch large screen LCD display, full Chinese operating system, touch screen control.
3. Metal bath, equipped with imported compressors, double compressor compound refrigeration, fast cooling speed.
4. With double bath and double holes. Bath temperature can be controlled separately, and detect two sets of data at the same time.
5. Specimen in one bath can be completed the determination of all temperature points.
6. Single-chip computer control, can automatically complete the sample tilt, detection and other processes.
7. With rapid method detection function. Rapid method: it can directly cooling down the temperature according to expected condensation point without process of heating up to shorten the experiment time.
8. Automatic timing, automatic judgment and preservation of test results, results printing and other processes.
9. Use of PPT imaging technology to visually observe of oil surface changes.
10. Any malfunction during the experiment of the instrument can be displayed through the status bar on the main interface, which is convenient for maintenance.
11. The instrument can be connected to the laboratory LIMS system and can be networked with multiple machines.
