Description:
Series ZYB is applied to purify and regenerate the used insulating oils includes transformer oil, switch oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, mutual inductor oil in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, mines, railway transportation, etc. It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it can remove oxide materials and remove free carbon in the deteriorated oil to lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality, recovery the oil color. After treating, the insualting oil can reach international standard and recover its original function.

Adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak, electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically. So it is safe and reliable machine.
Applied to used insulating oil even seriously deteriorated oil purification and regeneration, suitable to transformer oil purification onsite and online
Three ways of using: Vacuum dewatering, degassing, impurities removal system can work independently; Regeneration system can work independently; Both can work at the same time.
Also can be used for vacuum pumping and oil filling for transformers.
