Introduction

ZYB vacuum oil regeneration system (single vacuum stage) is designed for on site use to regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYB system provides not only the regular oil purification of degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove color, acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products etc. It is achieved by vacuum technology and filtration system combined with our special additive (physical method). After treated, the oil can be reused as new oil. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.Regular servicing of transformers with our equipment can substantially improve their lifetime and performance and on top helps to save money.The ZYB series vacuum oil regeneration system (single vacuum stage) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers.

Besides the common vacuum oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility.
4. Equipped with automatic anti-foam control system.

5. The plant is equipped with built-in control and safety devices for maximum operating security.

6. Mini mised power consumption through optimised degassing (excellent efficiency factor).

7. Standardized filter housing for 1 micron/5 micron, 20 micron and 80 micron filter cartridges.

8. Automatic supervision of the degree of contamination of the fine filter cartridges.

9. Reliable and automatic. It adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person monitoring on site all the time.

10. Adopt interlocked protective system which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak or electricity leak. If any fault occurs, machine will power off automatically.

11. Functions of online work on-site, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

12. Equipped with regeneration system with special brand of silica gel or fuller earth can remove color, acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products etc.
