Completely closed stainless steel hydraulic oil type plate and frame filter press machine (HFD)
HFD series oil cleaning machine is closed type and stainless steel mesh filtering system. It is closed
operated. So it is widely applied in chemical, petroleum, food, colloid, free carbon etc. It adopts novel structure an is mainly composed of filter tank, filter mesh, slag discharge system, cap opening part, butterfly valve of big size etc. It is characterised by closed filtering operation, easy
discharging, no environmental pollution and oil loss, low filtering cost etc.

The filter tank is a closed container composed by connecting of the main body and top cap with quick opening bolt. Between the flanges of top cap and tank body it's sealed by rectangular rubber sealing gasket. Below the filter tank are collector tube of filter mesh, inlet and outlet.
B. Filter mesh
The filter mesh is a major work-piece of the filter machine. The filter mesh consists of multilayer stainless steel mesh of different specifications. In the middle of it is liquid passageway; the periphery of filter mesh is rectangular or round cross section frame of stainless steel plate as liquid concentrating passageway. The filter mesh and framework are riverted together. Below the filter mesh is outlet connector inserted into liquid concentrating tube. Between the connector and liquid concentrating tube socket it's sealed by O shape rubber ring.
C. Discharge device
The filter mesh plate is equipped with automatic vibrating discharge device when filtering oil material.
The vibrator is mainly composed of cylinder body and reciprocating moved piston. When the compressed air goes by oil mist and enter the air inlet of cylinder, it pushes the piston to move reciprocatingly to vibrate. The vibrating frequency of vibrator is controlled by the pressure adjuster and is in direct proportion to the inlet pressure. The air pressure of vibrator ranges from 0.4 Mpa to 0.6 Mpa. The vibration amplitude is controlled by regulation of the heavy hammer behind of the cylinder cap and is in direct proportion to hammer's weight. To make the vibrating discharge thorough, the vibrator amplitude and frequency should be adjusted according to the viscosity quality of residue.
For the filter machine with vibrator, there is a special locking mechanism on the top of filter mesh. It stretches out of the filter tank to hold the vibrator. The reciprocating movement of vibrator is conveyed to the filter mesh to make the residues adhered on the mesh to fall.
D. Cap opener
There are two types of cap opener for the filter machine. One is spiral lifting type and it need adding lube oil into the oiling ring. The other one is hydraulic jack type and this type requires use and maintenance strictly according to its operation instruction; under its top cap no stopping of people.
E. Butterfly valve of big size
Below the filter tank is equipped with electric, pneumatic or manual discharge butterfly valve of big size. For the actuator of pneumatic butterfly valve, it needs 0.4 ~ 0.6 Mpa compressed air. The compressed air goes by fine mist then into butterfly valve air cylinder. The whole opening and closing process should be carried out according to the instructions on the operation card. (Working with material inside the filter tank is forbidden.) To ensure normal work of the butterfly valve, the sealing parts of valve plate and sealing rubber ring should be washed often.
