Application
TYD vacuum oil dehydration machine is used for the purification of high precision lubricating oils such as used hydraulic oil, refrigerator oil, antiwear hydraulic oil etc. It can also used to dry coconut oil. TYD series is designed for purifying oils with high water content.

6.Special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables quick demulsifying and make the turbid and emulsified oil clear.
7.The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsifying filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
8.With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to within the "Serving Steam Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard".
9.High automation, small size, safe and reliable. The machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
