TPY-70 carbon black compressor is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of national standard GB/T3780.4. It is used to destroy the secondary structure of carbon black and prepare the sample for determining the oil absorption value of carbon black compression sample

Features:
TPY-70 carbon black compressor is a kind of semi-automatic compression apparatus with electromechanical integration. It adopts automatic control to realize automatic compression and decompression of carbon black; through the rising and falling of plunger, it realizes the crushing of carbon black and the return of plunger; digital display of pressure and compression times. It is set in the range of 0~40Mpa through the keyboard menu, and the pressure between the shaft end surface of the plunger and the bearing seat can reach 0~200Mpa.
This instrument realizes automatic control of the instrument through panel operation. It solves the shortcomings of compression and decompression which can only be carried out in one direction, tedious operation and easy error in human counting. It has the characteristics of high degree of Automation, intuitive display, convenient operation, short operation time, etc.
TPY-70 carbon black compressor can also be used for the compression of other powder materials.
