Product Description

The automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer refers to ISO9277, ISO15901 international standards and GB-119587 national standards. According to the measurement principle of static volumetric method, the absorption and desorption process is tested through mass balance equation, static gas balance and pressure measurement. The test process is carried out at the temperature of liquid nitrogen. After a known amount of gas is filled into the sample tube, it will cause the pressure to drop, from which the molar mass of the adsorbed gas at the adsorption equilibrium is calculated. Through the measured equilibrium adsorption capacity, the theoretical model is used to obtain the single-point and multi-point BET specific surface area, Langmuir specific surface area; BJH mesopore, macropore volume, area distribution, total pore volume; t-plot micropore Volume and surface area, Dubinin-Astakhov micropore distribution, Horvath-Kawazoe micropore distribution; density function theory (DFT) and Monte Carlo (MC) pore size distribution model and other parameters.
 
 
Features
      Modular air circuit design: WBL series automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer introduces advanced design concepts, adopts a unique modular all-stainless steel vacuum circuit design and advanced anti-leakage and pollution-free measures. Therefore, the realization of high vacuum is ensured, and the disadvantage of easy leakage due to too many pipe joints is avoided.
       Constant temperature: The self-developed metal Dewar flask can store liquid nitrogen for more than ten days due to its unique internal structure design. There is almost no loss of liquid nitrogen during the experiment, thus ensuring the constant temperature of the tested sample, and at the same time avoiding the defect that the glass Dewar is fragile and cannot be moved.
     Multiple high-precision sensors and 22-bit AD conversion devices are used to ensure the accuracy of specific surface area and aperture calculations.
       Through the experiments of density function theory (DFT) and Monte Carlo (MC) pore size distribution model, we have fully grasped the actual application of specific surface area and porosity analyzer, and the technical indicators are compared with international products in the same industry.
      Operation automation: The adsorption and desorption process are all controlled by computer, without manual operation.
