High dewatering efficiency coconut oil filter machine
 
Application:
TYD High vacuum oil dehydration system is characterized by high large water content dehydration efficiency. It purifies lube oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, coolant oil and other lubricant oils. TYD can not only remove the mass water, but also remove the trace water and impurities with high precision. It adopts film evaporation and molecule evaporation to easily demulsify. The treated oil is clean and limpidity.  

Features:
1. Great water removal and demulsification capacity to remove water from oil.
2. Adopt film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology to enable quick demulsifying and make the turbid and emulsified oil become limpid and clear.
3. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of a lifetime service (above 20 years), which avoids filter replacement and also reduces purification cost and work intensity.
4. With strong impurity removal capability. The automatic backwash filter elements remove large amount impurities. It brings seriously contaminated oil back to oil contamination control standard.
