Application:
Series COP-S is made of completely 304 stainless steel (food grade). It is mainly used for purification of new and crude cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It effectively and completely removes particles, water, alcohol from oil. The treated oil is clean and clear with good smell. COP-S is an ideal purification machine for virgin coconut oil and vegetable oil factories, frying food factories, oil restaurants, waste oil collecting stores etc.

Features:

1. Highly effective vacuum system of dehydration, degasification, and the removal of impurities. 
2. Adopting plate pressure system, it has the strong ability to filter the particles and impurities. 
3. With the backwash system, filter elements can be cleaned automatically. 
4. For the use of stainless steel filter elements which have a good anti-corrosive performance, the machine has a long service life. Also, it has high precision of eliminating impurities and a large volume for holding the impurities.
5. Unique degasification and dehydration system: adopting 3D-Evaporation and thin film evaporation technology, as well as Multistage water-oil separation technology to efficiently separate the trace water, soluble water and gases from the oil.
