Lubricant Evaporation Loss Tester
The sample will be placed in the evaporation loss tester, heated at 250 ° C and constant pressure for 1 h, and the evaporated oil vapor will be carried out by the air. The evaporation loss of the sample is determined based on the difference in the mass of the sample before and after heating. The instrument is suitable for lubricating oils and lubricating base oils.

Structure:
1. Lubricating oil evaporation loss tester (see Figure 1): a heating device made of aluminum alloy. The heating body is heated by electric heaters at the bottom and around, and is protected by insulation and thermal insulation layers. The total power is 1.0-1.2kW, and the power difference between the two sets of electric heaters should not be greater than 0.15kW. There is a hole seat for placing the evaporation crucible in the center of the heating body. Two additional holes equidistant from the center behind the central hole seat of the heating body are used for placing thermometers and temperature sensors. The two screw holes around the central hole seat of the heating body are used to prevent the evaporation crucible from floating.
2. Evaporation crucible: Made of stainless steel, the support ring is engraved with threads for installing the evaporation crucible cover. The evaporation crucible cover made of nickel-plated brass is tightly covered on the evaporation crucible by a conical flange. The evaporation crucible cover has three well-ventilated holes made of hardened steel. The downwardly bent sloping suction tube is screwed tightly into the center of the cover.
3. Balance: Sensitive amount 0.01g
4. Thermometer: It adopts M260 (DIN 12785) technical requirements, its measuring range is 40~260ºC, the graduation value is 1ºC, the outer diameter is 10mm±0.5mm, the total length is 300mm, and the immersion depth is 48mm. Or meet the technical requirements of GB/T 514 No. 1 thermometer for open flash point.
5. Inclined tube pressure gauge: can display 196Pa±2Pa (20mmH2O±0.2 mmH2O) differential pressure, liquid medium water.
6. Vacuum pump: The negative pressure value can be adjusted to a differential pressure of 196Pa.
7. Stopwatch: the division value is 0.2s
Material:
1. Y-shaped glass tube: the inner diameter is 4mm, and the length of the two sections of the flat tube is 45mm. The angle requirements are that when the flat tube is connected to the suction pipe of the evaporation crucible cover, it should be on the same straight line. The vertical tube is 60mm long, and the end is inclined at a 45° angle.
2. Glass tube: the inner diameter is 4mm, and the end entering the bottle is inclined at an angle of 45°.
2.1. The arm length is 100mm, and the elbow angle is about 80°.
2.2. The arm length is 100mm, the length of the arm extending into the bottle is 20mm from the bottom of the bottle, and the angle of the elbow is about 100°.
2.3. The arm length is 100mm, and the elbow angle is about 90°.
3. Stabilizer bottle: two 2L glass bottles, the bottle mouth is connected with the inlet and outlet pipes with rubber stoppers.
4. Rubber tube: 4mm inner diameter, three 40mm long, one 300mm long and one 100mm long.
5. T-shaped glass tube: connected to the air release valve.
6. Reamer: diameter 2mm
7. Solvent oil: meet the specifications of qualified products in SH/T 0004.
