This turbine oil purifying machine is used to purify unqualified turbine oil, especially seriously emulsified turbine oil.Combined with vacuum separating technology, TY machine can rapidly and efficiently break emulsification and remove water, gas and impurities from oil to make the oil achieve new oil's standard.
1.With special polymeric materials as filter medium and vacuum separating technology, the filtration machine can rapidly and efficiently break emulsification and remove water, gas and impurities from oil to make the oil's clean.

8.Equipped with pressure protective system and interlocked protective system to connect oil pump, heater and liquid level controller. If there has any fault, this oil filtering machine will be power off automatically.
This Oil Purifier can remove contamination down to less than 5 micron, water content down to 60 PPM, air & gases down to 0.1% and lower oxidised molecules of oil from turbine oils.
Removal of free and emulsified water prevents formation of varnish and bacteria. Turbine oil is 98% base oil and it has approximately 2% additives. By keeping the oil free from water and contamination down to less than a micron, TY Series Oil Purification Systems protects the turbine oil additives, which can then continue to perform their essential functions for a very long time thereby increasing oil life tremendously.

Q: why is it important to have purified oil in a transformer?
A: Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Likewise, water contamination at levels as low as 30 ppm (parts per million) can adversely affect the insulating strength of the oil.
